Gas fitting for 8 mm compression fittings

This Gimeg cutting ring is intended as a replacement part for a compression fitting on an 8 mm gas pipe. You use these steel rings to rebuild an existing fitting or replace worn parts in gas systems for caravans, motorhomes or other camping applications.

The set consists of 2 cutting rings. This makes them convenient for maintenance, repair or renewing a connection in an installation with 8 mm pipe.

Steel version for a secure connection

The cutting rings are made of steel and have a silver to chrome-coloured finish. When fitted in a suitable compression fitting, they clamp around the pipe so that you get a firm mechanical connection suitable for gas applications.

Because of the 8 mm size, they are matched to pipes and fittings within that same diameter. Always check whether the size and type of fitting match your existing installation.
