Upon request, we will send you a written copy.

1.2 By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms. THE CAMPINGSTORE reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment terms after the expiry of the term.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by THE CAMPINGSTORE.

1.4 THE CAMPINGSTORE guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer. The displayed colors are indicative and may differ from the actual colors.

2. Delivery and Shipping

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 Within the framework of the rules on distance selling, THE CAMPINGSTORE will execute orders at least within 5 working days.

2.3 THE CAMPINGSTORE's delivery obligation shall, subject to proof to the contrary, be deemed fulfilled as soon as the goods delivered by THE CAMPINGSTORE have been offered to the customer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report stating refusal of acceptance shall constitute full proof of the offer to deliver.

2.4 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the stated terms.

2.5 Shipping costs: € 8 for Belgium. Free shipping from € 150
THE CAMPINGSTORE reserves the right to adjust shipping rates if necessary. Shipping costs are always clearly stated on your order confirmation and on your invoice.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.

3.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.

3.3 All prices on the site are in EURO and include Belgian VAT (21%), excluding shipping costs.

3.4 All prices apply per piece, unless otherwise stated.

3.5 If, shortly after a purchased product, a product already purchased appears to have been discounted, the customer cannot claim reimbursement of the price difference.

4. Cooling-off period / right of withdrawal

4.1 In the case of a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (article 7:5 BW), the consumer has the right to inform the seller that they withdraw from the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 working days from the day following delivery of the product. If the customer has not returned the delivered goods to THE CAMPINGSTORE after the expiry of this period, the purchase is final. Before proceeding with the return, the customer is required to notify THE CAMPINGSTORE by email within 14 days after delivery.
The customer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery. Returned goods must be sent back in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in "new condition". If the goods have been used, encumbered, or damaged in any way by the customer, the right of termination within the meaning of this paragraph lapses. Subject to the provisions of the previous sentence, THE CAMPINGSTORE will ensure that within 30 days after proper receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase amount excluding the calculated shipping costs is refunded to the customer.
Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the customer's expense and risk.

4.2 Items purchased during the sale period cannot be returned.
