How does shopping by appointment work?

1. Book a time slot on a day of your choice.
2. Preferably come alone. If you still need to come as two people (e.g. a parent and a child), then make two appointments within the same time block. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions - not even for children - because every individual visitor needs a personal appointment.
3. If you are coming for a folding trailer or family tent, you can reserve multiple consecutive time blocks.
4. Make a shopping list in advance.
5. You have 30 Minutes to shop and pay. Make sure you are present on time and wait at the info desk at the entrance.
6. Bring the appointment confirmation with you (printed or on your phone).
