This stone is suitable for use on the CADAC Carri Chef 50, among others, and can also be used in gas barbecues, charcoal barbecues and electric ovens. Thanks to the 36 cm baking surface, you have enough space for a generous pizza. This makes the pizza stone useful for outdoor cooking, cosy barbecue evenings and camping trips where you want to do more than just grill. ### Cordierite for a crispy base The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite. This material helps draw moisture out of the dough, which contributes to a drier and crispier pizza base. The 12 mm thickness gives the stone a solid heat buffer, making it suitable for even baking. The integrated heat spreader helps distribute the heat more evenly across the surface.
