This accessory is designed for use with the CADAC Carri Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 and E-Braai, among others, but you can also use it on other gas barbecues, charcoal barbecues and in electric ovens. Thanks to the Ø 33 cm baking surface, you get a practical size for fresh pizzas, part-baked rolls or croissants. This makes the stone ideal for camping use, outdoor cooking in the garden and enjoyable cooking moments on the go with a compatible barbecue. ### Cordierite for a crispy base The stone is made from heat-resistant cordierite. This material helps draw moisture out of the dough, resulting in a drier and crispier pizza base.
